Hello
I thank you again for the tip about the Bauherren-Schutzbund and also for all the other answers and contributions.
I will definitely look into the Bauherren-Schutzbund.
Yesterday we were actually at the Musterpark in ST-Fellbach and in 6 hours we only got to 3 out of 60 houses...
We sat down with Allkauf Haus (it was simply the first house), the consultant seemed very nice to us and above all honest and transparent. What he calculated for us is above what we actually wanted to pay... attached is a photo of it. Is this realistically calculated? (Of course, you cannot expect much for the €12,000 "garden installation..."). He calculated more everywhere than Heinz von Heiden!?
In addition, the BN point is again such a thing. Heinz von Heiden + a few others say €25k, Schwörerhaus says €50k, Allkauf Haus €37k, everyone says something different.
Well, be that as it may, we are now even more confused. I have learned that turnkey is very flexible and that it is really a jungle, especially regarding the BS. Every company promotes itself, every company badmouths the other, and having 10 different BUs each have the BS professionally checked is also nothing...
We noticed Hanse Haus positively, we really like Hanse Haus, Fingerhaus was recommended to us as well as Bien-Zenke and Schwabenhaus. We will probably keep our distance from Heinz von Heiden, as there is no KfW 55 for our price, Schwabenhaus appeals to us.
Are the 4 named companies considered reputable? I have realized that I cannot continue to need 6 hours for 3 houses, I do not have unlimited vacation. I am now trying to narrow down the whole thing, but that is very, very difficult without knowing from the start which company is considered reputable and which is not. We are looking for a company in the lower price segment but with a decent standard that can be taken.
Best regards
