It was only stated in the construction and performance description... so 15cm porous concrete, 12.5cm drywall...

We really don't have that many wishes... in the end, it should also be practical.

For me, this is now mostly given as well.

Bedroom is not 3m wide, it will be very tight with the bed.

Mmh, the kitchen would be too small for me and the utility room relatively too large. I would shift the stairs a bit more to the right side according to the plan. The wardrobe is also quite tight and the oh-so-important storage room under the stairs is pretty poorly usable because you have to crawl around the corner. You still enter the bedroom next to the head of the bed and there is no nightstand there. Dressing room is trapped. So no, I don't find that optimal yet.

Do I understand this correctly now? The room has raw dimensions of 4.53m x 2.97m.
The parents' bed is supposed to be placed against the 2.97m wall with the headboard facing the children's room "Mara-Magdalena"?
A small piece of the door also encroaches on this 2.97m wall.
A standard parents' bed measures 2m x 2m.
That leaves not even 50 cm free on either side of the bed.
Then a piece of furniture is also supposed to go on the partition wall.
Please draw this to scale including the nightstands.

The partition wall in the bedroom belongs to a different size category.

The kitchen is a pantry, unsuitable for more than two people in the household, and the planner here is obviously a sign servant who mindlessly clicks all the wishes presented.

I almost fear that my comparison with was not understood as a warning, but as an invitation ;-(

The bedroom is fine. The bed and nightstands are only 280cm... but then there is hardly any space to walk.

I would also like the kitchen to be a bit bigger. I don’t understand the staircase; if I move it to the right, the utility room becomes smaller, and consequently also Child 2’s room. The hallway becomes bigger. But I haven’t gained anything from that now.
