Optimize OG Stadtville. Floor-to-ceiling window

In principle, only the staircase bothered us here. We wanted it more in the hallway and with a storage room. The kitchen is relatively easy to adjust.

Why don't you simply reverse the direction of the staircase? Start at the door to the living room, then go up towards the front door into the upper floor. That way you don't have to pass through the dirty area at the entrance but can conveniently walk upstairs directly from the living room and still have a storage room under the stairs. The door for it would then be to the right of the front door.

I think the floor plan is good; it results in very nice rooms upstairs.

However, the toilet, shower, and a wide washbasin must also fit in.

I can only partly deduce exact room dimensions from your drawings, but roughly it could work like this.
The toilet behind the door is still not ideal, but between the shower and tub it would always be in view while bathing...

Oops, seriously? Climbing into the bathtub over the short side? I would have assumed that you meant the shower in the niche with your first suggestion. Built in with steps in front like the OP wrote, I absolutely can't imagine it that way.

Yes, I would do it that way myself as well. But the OP wants such an extra-wide tub – I don’t know exactly how that would work. Maybe I would also move the steps 10 cm further into the house and build a freestanding tub there with a window above it ...
