Up to this point basically definitely good that you are taking it into your own hands. From a process perspective, I usually advise to start with the upper floor. Judging by the wardrobe and dressing room, I assume you wear size 34 and your favorite hobby is robot dance
Seriously: I am always fascinated by the precise linear movements of robots in high-bay warehouses, but I wouldn’t want to imitate them in real life at night – here and there I prefer a bit of extra space to be able to turn around. Very good! – you can always make them thinner later. When building, you should not believe in sewing on the edge and centimeter precision anyway. I also prefer ironing while watching TV. If the utility room is also HAR, the work and safety area of the maintenance technicians is often underestimated. The dryer itself has enough space to play in 8 sqm, it doesn’t bring any school friends.

As I said, I am open... I already wrote that the bathroom and wardrobe can be adjusted as desired.

On the upper floor, I would try to place both children's rooms on one side and the bedroom on the other. Ideally, a dressing room and stairs would then separate these from the children's rooms and the bathroom. Since your planning is completely open again, it would be quite good to show us the plot as well. Room positions are sometimes aligned with the cardinal directions after all.

I actually find your design quite appealing except for a few minor details. The dressing area in the bedroom does not allow the partition wall on the left side of the plan due to the width. Just leave the wall out, then you still have a nice dressing niche and can place a small dresser island or a piece of furniture there.

Here as an upgrade... I took furniture dimensions and added buffers everywhere.

This would now be Pax with just under 120cm space between the cabinets... The bed is also bigger than ours. I have optimized the bathroom a bit, if you can call it that.
