The kitchen does not work like this. The distance between the island and the row is too large. Also, an island should be deeper. I recommend moving the kitchen window so that the distance between the row and the island can be 1m-1.20m. However, the chimney will then be in the way... Best to just remove it, you don’t need it in a new building anyway. An additional door between the kitchen and the hallway makes furnishing the kitchen even more difficult.

A fireplace is not necessary, but we would like to have one. I actually prefer to move it towards the living room anyway.

The kitchen door can be moved towards the [Zeile]. We don’t want a U-shaped kitchen anyway, either a [Zeile] or an L-shape. In any case, the island will be closer then. But then the window will no longer align with the window of the dressing room.

As I said: with the current window position, you won't get a reasonable kitchen with a row and an island. I would also reconsider the walk-in closet, as it is more practical to go through the walk-in closet into the bedroom and not the other way around like in your case.

If you want two children, then I would forget the draft and start again with a different staircase or position. The second children's room is really a joke, especially when you compare it to the other children's room. There are countless standard floor plans with two nice children's rooms on the internet, I would take a look at those first.

Best regards
