... sorry, you seem to have time for blah blah. As I wrote right at the beginning, this is a comprehensive project where you can’t just move a wall to cleverly fix inconsistencies, poor layout or similar issues.
I found, for example, very pleasant.
The highlight, however, is your adapted bathroom
Where exactly is the bathtub freely accessible? At the end beside the shower.
You apparently have not yet addressed my comments regarding the staircase, staircase location, and my doubts about the width of the WC niche or the fitting of the stair cutouts, etc. In this context .. the ground floor bathroom
with the planned corner entry and cabinet is also not such a highlight for a new build.
I still believe that you have to start this project from scratch, mainly because the living room will become so dark. Because the terrace of the granny flat lies in the boundary strip and for various other reasons listed here by everyone.
For example, I am missing the street layout on the site plan:
Is there also a street on the right side of the plan? ... Then also an indication of how the neighboring houses with their garages are roughly positioned, so that one can distance oneself from the current plan.
I did address the points and also provided explanations for them. I can also plan from scratch here, but it wouldn’t help because there simply is no sign of "experienced" input here. As I said, taking a schematic layout without scale, photographing it on paper, or tediously switching it on, making a PDF out of it and uploading it here is far less work than continuing to address my plan here, which from your perspective is "nonsense" and that should be a piece of cake for an "experienced" person.
It is simply a pity that apparently the core problem is not being addressed here (I am certainly receptive and deal with the "meaningful" criticism (for example, can you still see a standing toilet anywhere???), otherwise, like many others here, I simply wouldn’t respond anymore). I think I have received my stamp...
