2 adults and children are planned. I completely agree with you regarding the storage room and wardrobe. Do you have any ideas?

Furthermore, actual offers are available for each trade as well as an offer from a BU (yes, we compared a total of 18 BUs!). Our wishes have already been taken into account in writing in these offers.

I am happy to answer any questions, I will leave everything else uncommented.

It would be nice if criticism or suggestions come regarding the object itself.

ypg has already inserted the jpgs! the slanted ones I mean the walls in the upper floor if you remove the walls you don't need them and you gain floor space!

Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to realize accessibility to all rooms without these slants. What would be your approach?
