So the bathroom on the upper floor is absolutely amazing, I still haven’t figured out how to get into the bathtub without breaking my toes. With the size of the room, it could be done better and not feel so cramped.

Feel free to repeat me here... I gratefully accept every piece of advice and also deal with it. That my girlfriend works shift work (hospital) and I do not want to be woken up at 4:30 in the morning is not up for discussion. That is why the dressing room is the way it is. From my point of view, it makes more sense to question something before speaking badly about it. I do not know any of you, cannot read minds, and therefore cannot make any statement about why "you" planned something the way "you" did. However, I can question it and then also specifically express criticism, which leads to a reduction in contributions. But to each their own...

Since we have already been through 2 architects who neither gave good advice nor criticism (specifically regarding the small utility room here) and thus offered us zero support, everything remains on ourselves.

If "you" could schematically represent from your point of view a better arrangement of the rooms as well as the property itself, we would be super grateful, because indeed we are mentally at our limits. I would then gladly draw everything to scale in detail and subsequently make it available here for posterity, in order to be able to conclude this post in a productive way.

Tone is everything, and personally, you don’t need to address me like this here. Instead of simply making a suggestion... for example, from a bathroom or kitchen with a similar room layout that has already been successfully implemented and works... you’re making a joke out of everything here. If the architect were to plan a door in front of a wall, making that door unusable, and I presented this draft here, then I could still understand such an argument from an ironic point of view, but this is exactly how I have been writing here from the start. Just firing off without a solution!

What is your suggestion for improvement?

before you start lashing out verbally, you should ask yourself what you expect from such a forum. It is a forum! Here everyone can write their subjective opinion about an object. That is actually what you want. Not someone who always agrees with you because they know and understand you so well. It’s not just about proposed solutions. It’s also about different perspectives. There are many creative people here who might be able to help you. But maybe another architect does it better. If you already give up because of a floor plan, then God help you during the construction phase!

Regarding the bathroom, I don’t know how you actually imagined it. But with all due respect, I have never seen such an arrangement. Please explain it to me again!

best regards

Don't think that I am verbally lashing out here... I am adapting to the tone and, as I can read in other posts from you, nothing constructive has been contributed except some badmouthing. So you want me to do the work here and explain it to you... especially considering the fact that you are not able to get into an accessible tub without breaking toes?

Good night!
