Dreamlike how facts are twisted. I thanked for the hints and took them into account. Since the opening of the post, I have been thinking about improvements. My m^2 price of the granny flat is cheaper (an offer with revised construction service description is available) and some others here don’t want to accept that.
Why should a granny flat be cheaper than a regular house?
You need a foundation slab, you need a roof. Walls, plumbing, underfloor heating, etc.
I would like to understand your thinking because I’ve seen a few construction sites.
I know people who calculated the m² nicely together with the architect for financing.. Now comes the rude awakening, 5000 more here, leaving the soil there "but eventually it has to go"
Well, plumbing wants more, windows don’t cost 20,000 but 25,000 but then there is nothing electrical, building materials cost more because everyone is building, etc.
And as I read in another post, when the offers were there, suddenly it costs 50,000k more.
Here no one wants to talk you down, here people just want to open others’ eyes.
PS. why do you think the credit guidelines changed so drastically in April.
And if it works out, I’m happy for you and then you’re welcome to share your experience with us and new users. Strangely, none of the home builders who said at the beginning that it would be cheaper do that.
So, have fun now, my garden landscaper should come soon, I’m curious.
