Just because no one mentions it, you must not assume that; we ourselves also have a granny flat and it is even financed with two KfW loans.

Just because I don’t mention what the [Einliegerwohnung] costs and the reasons for it, others comment on it without having any knowledge. Is this going to become a fundamental discussion where I, as the thread starter, have to justify myself every time?

I will gladly explain the premises and conditions later and also gladly address the functionality related to our property, why the rooms were arranged this way, and what the purpose behind it is.

well, the granny flat will cost about as much as pretty much anywhere else, as a rule of thumb it's m2 x approx. 1500-1800 in standard + 2 entrance doors + larger roof etc. but people have already given you a few hints here, the floor plan will work. But he has issues with individual rooms and the problem is, you don't want to admit it.

Dreamlike how facts are twisted. I thanked for the hints and have taken them into account. I have been thinking about improvements since the post was opened. My m^2 price of the granny flat is cheaper (an offer with revised construction service description is available) and some others here do not want to acknowledge that.

If I were to build there, I would probably pay more as well. But since I am not building there, it is probably obvious that our prices differ significantly in some cases. Nevertheless, thank you for your contribution.
