Newly built city villa with a granny flat and double garage

As already mentioned, I am experienced in yield investments and this is not my first time renting out. Tax advantages are not mentioned by you, so I assume you are not familiar with this. The construction costs amount to?

Just because no one mentions it, you must not assume that; we ourselves also have a granny flat and it is even financed with two KfW loans.

Just because I don’t mention what the [Einliegerwohnung] costs and the reasons for it, others comment on it without having any knowledge. Is this going to become a fundamental discussion where I, as the thread starter, have to justify myself every time?

well, the granny flat will cost about as much as pretty much anywhere else, as a rule of thumb it's m2 x approx. 1500-1800 in standard + 2 entrance doors + larger roof etc. but people have already given you a few hints here, the floor plan will work. But he has issues with individual rooms and the problem is, you don't want to admit it.

My m^2 price of the granny flat is cheaper (an offer with revised construction service description is available) and some others here do not want to acknowledge that.
