Indeed.

Just move it a bit to the right - the double door along with it.

At least! Unfortunately, it wasn’t visible.

What I wonder is: it is planned on such a large scale that it actually becomes unmanageable. There are some here, including myself, who like that as well. But then also gladly a generosity that results from space, straight components, flowing transitions from room to room, panoramas/windows, and generous sightlines. So through planning with these elements, an open living area is created. Whether that is the case here is another matter. But if you plan so oversized, why would you then want to squeeze yourself onto a balcony when you have a plot by the forest?

Better measure between the two barrier corners

As a Feng Shui person, I wouldn’t walk through there at all

What also breaks my heart: the opportunities that such a budget, the plot and the surroundings offer not being used adequately, just because you can’t find a proper architect. What kind of palace one could put up here with a gallery in the entrance area, a fairytale-like staircase, kids’ area, parents’ area, maybe staff quarters, craft and wellness area, spacious kitchen-dining area, cozy extra lounge room – adjoining reading area with library or music room and so on and so forth. In addition, the outdoor area with garden and terrace, which lures the kids into the garden while the parents sip their coffee...

The distance between the left cabinets and the island is actually shifted by 2mm in the plan, I need to correct that. Thanks, I will do that later. Meanwhile, I can also take another look at the kitchen. The double door, if there will be one, can be moved.

You don’t have to, but you can. How many people build a single-family house with one or two balconies? We now have one because it makes sense, we can easily get to the garden via the stairs, we can quickly eat outside – and small is rather an understatement.

Thanks for the compliment.

How large is the balcony planned? I could imagine that a) it makes the ground floor feel very dark b) it feels oppressive. Wood is not a lightweight construction and the ceiling height is too low for my taste.
