With Cero windows from Solarlux, all elements can be designed to be movable. However, I don't believe that this look is desired here.

I at least found Climbee’s draft somewhat better. Only in my opinion somewhat reversed - the sun comes from the upper left side of the plan, I think. I also fear it is overall a bit too tight for the OP. Besides, without the upper floor it is of course just a start.
