You can write whatever you want, can't you? Structurally important was mainly the 6m line, which exists as a wall at the bottom and top. However, it is possible that individual posts will still be installed, so they have to take care of that now. But I wouldn't have a problem with that. It is more likely that beams will be installed between the 6m line and the outer walls, but these will then be at a height of 2.38 and should not bother anyone.

Beams are something like girders, right?

Bars are horizontal beams, exactly. I think if they were in the roof, they would correctly be called [Dachbinder].

2.38m clarify whether this is the shell dimension or from the top edge of the floor.
Usually, shell dimensions are referred to in this phase. There is easily a 15 cm difference.

Separating the kitchen from the garden, especially if you occasionally have many guests, is more than impractical.

Main living rooms on the upper floor
The ground floor is hardly used.

Mini dressing room, relatively small pantry.

I would distribute your room program over all levels. And still plan with a gallery. That’s where the stairs reach the upper floor and the large bookcase with seating to enjoy the view.

What I like better about the draft is a good zoning and that obviously the dormers on each side and the porch are omitted, thus planning a clear cube.

What I don’t like at all is this elongated living/dining/cooking area and the long, narrow hallways. It can be done better. Kaho surely has something up their sleeve.

But can we assume that this strongly fragmented draft with 4 dormers is dead? Is that possible via [Tektur]? Has that been clarified already? I would find that very desirable, but I’m asking just to be safe.

Personally, I wouldn’t like always having to go down steps to get to the garden, but I know people who love it that way. That’s why I’ll just leave it as is.

Ahh, [TK] for dog food, that’s ok
And the new draft also has a pantry. Good!

Sorry, no motivation. I consider fixing this "cloister"-design a waste of time.

What does give me eye strain, however, is the pantry door. It's totally unimportant, but could you please take it out of the corner and move it 1m to the right according to the plan? Thanks!
