We do have the option to give the dressing room more space. 30 or 50 cm more is not a problem in terms of space at first. Then the house will be longer.

Distance today between TV and couch is similar. But in the new building it can also be smaller. The distance resulted from the room layout. The fireplace is meant to act like a small room divider. However, you still have to be able to walk through comfortably, so the ideal distance results from that. Why too much stress? Because you would basically have to turn left into the garage instead of driving straight towards it? Do you mean the entrance area in front of the front door by platform? That will go in front of the garage. If that all does not work spatially, we otherwise have to leave space between the garage and the house. But the wish would be the docked variant with access to the house through the utility room.

One calculates table edge to wall with at least 80 cm. So 80 cm + table width + 80 cm You have a rough construction dimension of less than 3 m if I take the stairs as a reference. I simply miss a window at the table with direct light incidence.

Then you are simply too early for such a concrete floor plan planning?!

Since my post, you have written 6 more, but have skillfully continued to ignore the essential budget topic

Edit: my question about the number and approximate timing of children also remains unanswered. What is also missing: home office? Number of overnight guests? One should know this to be able to assess the importance and location of guest rooms or office. If the "evil mother-in-law" comes once a year, she can stay in the basement (exaggerated!), if the brother/sister/child from a first marriage/etc. comes every other weekend... more sunlight should come in. That was an example of why these questions are included...

Regarding the parents' area, if you swap the bathroom and bedroom, you could create the access through the centrally located dressing room from the kitchen, as shown in the attached image. I also don't see the kitchen working this way: With a raw construction width of 3.78m starting from the right: 65cm kitchen unit, 1.10m movement space, 1.2m kitchen island, leaving 0.83m raw width for the area with the bar stools. The only option would be not to make the kitchen island 1.2m deep but to make the side with the bar stools shallower. Then it would probably only be about 1m deep. However, that would probably look funny with an island length of about 4m. I also find the distance from the couch to the TV, at about 6m, completely unsuitable.

The dining area is much larger than the stair width of 3 m, isn't it?
So we have much more space! Between the wall of the utility room and the start of the table there are about 1.30 m. Towards the kitchen there is even more space between the table and the kitchen. That actually shouldn't be too small.

Where should another window go? Everything is already glazed, right? Light galore. The table just isn't directly by the window, but a little recessed into the room.

What exactly would you change?
