L-shaped floor plan - What is your opinion?

That somehow is true again! Unfortunately... In relation to the current situation. Then the sink is placed directly next to the door that leads from the garage into the utility room!!!

The following sketch is intended to illustrate with which surface area the outer edges of the upper floor should, in my opinion, be congruent if one wants to achieve the hat trick of avoiding exorbitant static extra effort, having roof killed one of the father and mother, and avoiding the look of a building block ensemble like Frankenstein Castle:

Are you really sure that your taste differs that much, i.e. have you translated the floor plans into the consequences of the views (and then asked the structural engineer and the roofer, heard the prices and said, yes, I’ll treat myself to that)?

I like the attic because it is simple. I would put the toilet on the other side so that you don’t stumble right over it when you enter the bathroom. Why is the staircase not drawn in?

Please overlay both floor plans; at the outer corners of the attic’s exterior walls you will have to deal with supports or beams on the ground floor, which will significantly increase the cost.

None of the square meters on the attic plan are correct; I haven’t checked the ground floor. Please don’t take this the wrong way, if you want someone to take the time to check your plans and give you advice, then you need to provide accurate information, otherwise many will lose interest.
