So, new game, new luck.

What has changed?

EG =
Guest bathroom removed, wardrobe enlarged and moved forward, staircase shifted further back and changed from U to L shape, access to the open plan area now from the side and no longer directly from the front door straight into the open plan area, living room slightly shortened, dressing room widened, bedroom and bathroom swapped and separated from the open plan area by creating a small intermediate hallway, but still accessible for guests.
The door from the hallway to the open plan area is supposed to be a glass sliding door, the door from the open plan area to the private area a normal glass door, the door to the dressing room is also supposed to be a glass sliding door. This will probably always be open in everyday life. When guests are expected, it should be closed so the dressing room is not immediately visible. But the small intermediate hallway in front of the bathroom should not become a dark dungeon, hence the idea to work with two glass doors. Or is no door needed between the hallway and the dressing room?

OG = not much has really changed here, except that the bathroom has become smaller. The bathtub has been removed... The toilet is now installed in the wall that runs over the utility room. If the staircase on the ground floor is still planned a bit too large, it could be pushed further west (top of the plan), then the bathroom would gain a few centimeters again.
The dimensions of the children's rooms are not correct, that is due to the still incorrect roof. I have to correct the roof again tomorrow... Upper room 17.8 sqm, lower 15.7 sqm. Not completely identical, this is due to the door to the upper children's room, but in my opinion it is manageable.

So, what do you say?

Thanks and best regards,
Ypsi

I didn't find the guest WC as a third bathroom to be a problem. The cleaning effort for a WC and a washbasin is really quite minimal. What I am missing now is a hand-washing option at the house entrance. I like the master wing. With a terrace door, there would be direct access to the garden. Am I correct in seeing that the kitchen is 4.08m wide? Make sure that the windows are positioned correctly. So, first the kitchen layout, then align the windows. It's a pity that the children's rooms are not the same size; 5m2 is quite a difference. I don't like the toilet in the children's bathroom directly next to the door.

Hello Pinky,

I've now had a moment to think about your objection regarding hand washing and I can't imagine coming in through the front door and wanting to wash my hands IMMEDIATELY. I don't have that option now either and haven't missed it so far. What have I missed?
For me personally, the issue with the guest bathroom was not the extra effort in cleaning, but the space. I quite like the 'sacrifice' of the guest WC in favor of a larger hallway.
Nevertheless: we would probably mainly enter the house through the utility room, where a sink is planned.

The kitchen is of course still flexible and just as you say: first the kitchen, then the room with windows!

Regarding the children's rooms, I already mentioned that they are calculated incorrectly by the software (due to the still incorrect roof). I couldn't change the sqm manually... It's 'only' about 2 sqm difference.

Thanks for your feedback.

Right now, during the Corona period, I can't think of anything else... But if a sink is installed in the utility room, you can just use that.
