Yes, there is. But only for the ceiling with an additional cost of €5,000, nothing more. At least, nothing else obvious.

Many have a note that additional costs may arise from changes due to the structural calculations. If something is stated in the fine print, the 5,000 euros can quickly become more.

Thank you for the hint. Then you can actually never rely on a concrete offer, regardless of the house shape, which may cause additional effort in structural calculations if there are always such loopholes... I actually expect a concrete structural calculation to be included in the offer costs. The architect also said this, she had discussed it with the structural engineer. However, since the offer is significantly higher than a second one that arrived yesterday evening, I am not sure to what extent the additional cost for structural calculations is possibly being 'covered up' in other trades.
