We are currently planning the kitchen as well, and I’m not sure if I can go for this offer.
Here is our plan first (created with the KitchenClick kitchen planner; the "empty" wall actually isn’t there, it leads to the living room):

The planner spits out a price of €9,900, although this is only a conceptual drawing; we are bringing the refrigerator ourselves, the fronts don’t fit, the 135° angles aren’t included, the appliances are not correct, etc. – but just to get an idea. Size is 4.4x2.8 m.
Möbel Kraft wanted to charge us about €15,000 for that, so we backed off very slowly...
At a kitchen studio, we were offered €9,000. With MDF fronts, a normal veneered countertop, glass inserts on the sides of the drawers, country house-like fronts (PG3). All appliances are from AEG, internet price total €1,600 including delivery (dishwasher, induction hob + hood, oven (we are bringing microwave, sink and fridge ourselves, we do not want a steam oven)). Sounds low at first, but we don’t need WiFi in the hob or 46 hipster programs in the oven.
Are over €7,000 for "wood," delivery, and assembly justified for this size? The brand is unknown and sounded like some kind of private label of the studio. Possibly a cheaper version of Sachsenküchen.
The planner (very nice and in my opinion competent) also immediately showed and explained the block billing on the screen, from which the price results. This is also within budget and we really like the kitchen, but precisely because there is so much trickery in this area, I have some doubts about signing on the “first-best” or second visit to a kitchen studio. Is this unfounded, or is there still plenty of room for negotiation even with a block price?
(If anyone notices anything special about the kitchen that they would never do, feedback is also welcome )
