I also read from the blueprint the "south-facing" maximum wall height of 7.80m. Therefore, I am with , as long as you do not receive anything else in writing as an exceptional permit. You should perhaps include the garage in your planning. This inevitably has to be somehow built underneath. This creates additional rooms that could be utilized.

Completely from the first groundbreaking to moving in, all just with family? - and for God's grace? Despite having an architect, still an extra rubber-stamper for the building application? Even if she has already canceled her professional liability insurance in retirement, her "approval" *chuckles* as an architect would not be revoked. The diploma remains valid, and to my knowledge, so does the planning submission authorization.

The ground floor fits quite well on the plot. But with an elevated terrace? You could also say balcony. Who does something like that when you can have a ground-level terrace?

The budget is likely to be tight. 200 m2 * 3k = 600k + basement 100k + double garage with special foundation 50k + slope 10% = 825k. Also from a financial perspective, I can only recommend my suggestion. Leave out the basement and plan the living area in the lower ground floor.

The suggestion from was also my thought. Basement under the garage.

There should be a height difference of about ~35 cm in the middle of the east side. I will see to get the sections soon. That’s the plan.

Yes, except for heating and plumbing. Of course, they have nothing to give away, but we are not operating in the "usual market" range.

I am not familiar with that and trust her statement. The main thing is that someone submits it.

We have a verbal agreement and would go to the municipality with the first exterior views to secure this once again. The ridge height is not limited, we have an alternative design with a 45° gable roof, which would be even higher overall. However, with this design we would need roof windows or dormers, which we would like to avoid.
