The budget is likely to be tight. 200 m2 * 3k = 600k + basement 100k + double garage with special foundation 50k + slope 10% = 825k. Also from a financial perspective, I can only recommend my suggestion. Leave out the basement and plan the living area in the lower ground floor.

According to your floor plan and the slope information, the access from the kitchen/dining area would not be on the same level. Therefore, the elevations and sections would be good to have.

There should be a height difference of about ~35 cm in the middle of the east side. I will see to get the sections soon.

We have a verbal agreement and would go to the municipality with the first exterior views to secure this once again. The ridge height is not limited, we have an alternative design with a 45° gable roof, which would be even higher overall. However, with this design we would need roof windows or dormers, which we would like to avoid.
