The garage really does not fit the view of the house from the street side. I would separate house and garage. The hillside side also looks like a building from the 70s/80s. Not much is left of the Jura house.
The separation of living and garden is suboptimal. I had that with small children and a baby. Never again. Such a staircase is a big obstacle over a few years and then again later. I don't like walking with socks on the way to the WC through the street dirt that you track in with shoes. The kitchen is small and has even more displaced work surfaces because of the door to the balcony.
The basement may not be as bright as planned due to the large balcony. I fear family going up and down, the house with the large garage that is also partly cellar will exceed your budget. Don't forget the outdoor area and the incidental construction costs, both of which are expensive on a slope.
