Would an access from the east actually also be permitted?

According to the development plan, in my opinion, no. There are specifically red-marked building windows for garages. Did they perhaps make a mistake with the color? There is no such line anywhere else. See point 8.4 in the picture.

I don't believe so. It seems to me that in the south and east the property does not extend to the street and the municipality is creating a planted embankment there. Of course, you can't just drive on that.

I would call that an absolute phase 1 question. Apparently not: I think the lines lime/pink in the drawing and lime/red in the legend mean the same: the property boundary to the tree-covered embankment is not intended for access roads.

In my opinion, also not suitable. There is a steep embankment and a curve.

I am happy to help if I can anywhere. I don’t check in here so regularly anymore, we are almost finished.

With our floor plan, there was a lot of discussion earlier about whether it makes sense to give away so much living space on hallways. In practice, this has proven to be very worthwhile for us. What looks like a hallway on the floor plan is de facto living space for us, and we use it as well. We have small children and often sit on the floor with them. It is especially nice to have such a large area for that. You perceive it completely as part of the open living area, but there is no furnishing there, so you can nicely play/tumble with the kids.

Our floor plan works as it is but also only because of the huge living space, one has to say honestly.
