A fairly new development plan and you are allowed to build such a tower? The 6.5 m will never be met. Besides, where do you want to put the terrace?

For the plot, a ground floor and basement are suitable. But without a cellar if you really want to convert the roof.

Here is a sketch.

The 6.5 m is adhered to there. You could set the eaves height 50 cm lower, then you have a bit more knee wall in the roof.

Is the street and the sewer already built? In the sewer planning, you can then see how deep your basement can be.

Thanks for the links! I'll take a look at them right away.

Yes, exactly. We are glad that the development was almost finished at the time of allocation. In a developed state, completely different perspectives opened up.

We are not tendering the project because we are building with family.
We have also visited an architect, and there we came without any planning attempts and made an effort not to indirectly mention any of our previous plans in our requirements. We are curious what will come out of it. She has already designed several houses in exactly the style we envision. However, she no longer does submission planning; that would have to be done by the planner.

Thanks, it will not be a tower. When I get the views in the next few days, I will post them here. The 6.5 m are measured from the ground floor because this corresponds more closely to the natural terrain on average.

Yes, it is finished. We can probably drain in the basement without a lifting station.

I also fear that the house conceived that way will not work with the [B'Plan] and I am in favor of the slope house

According to your floor plan and the slope information, the access from the kitchen/dining area would not be on ground level. Therefore, the elevations and sections would be helpful. If you define a separate apartment (even without funding), you need the parking spaces, so do not define it.
