I would be happy to hear about the current planning status here. It surely is not the draft shown so far.

Is the terrace going to be on the east side?

Actually, the plan is pretty much the same as in the initial post, except for a few details and the exterior view. I can post the finished plans when I get the chance.

The terrace will be on the east side and then there will be a balcony covering two-thirds of the south side of the house.

Nice shots. Did you buy a drone for that?

What was your final design in the end?

yes, we treated ourselves to a small drone. Very cool toy! And you can also nicely document the cable routing in the ceiling.
