Unfortunately, I can't make any sense of the layout plan ... maybe it would be possible to place the floor plan appropriately on the plot so that one can also see how you envision the garden, etc. It is unusual that the main living/dining/cooking area faces north.

You get a site plan when you sit down yourself with pencil and paper and draw everything to scale. That is also how you start dealing with the size of the property and the neighboring buildings. You can also draw in some elevation details, then you understand, for example, where in the basement no door or windows are possible, or where a retaining wall must be. That is the beginning. Next, you look at where you want the rooms to be oriented.... but all that is in my pinned post [emoji6] It would also be very helpful to explain why the living rooms are on the dark north side, and the bedroom is on the hot south side by the street

Thank you very much for the tips, we have taken everything into account. (Slopes for basement windows etc.) From what do you interpret that it was not done?

We want to go from the living rooms to the terrace or into the garden and not sit on the street. An L-shaped terrace around the house was also considered. (South) The large window in the living room also faces southwest.

Depths and heights:

Depth/height: 0.8m/0.10m, 7.75m/1.78m, 16.25m/2.10m

Basically, I need suggestions for the placement of the stairs / type of stairs / layout of the hallway / guest WC

Interpret? You yourself wrote that you don't have a site plan.

However, there would actually be a need for interpretation regarding how you want to extend your mentioned L-shaped terrace to the south.
I rather see an entrance and a garage or driveway in between....

In this respect, it is very likely that if the entrance is placed in the east, the window orientation of the living rooms will be to the south as well as west, the terrace to the west-north but also sheltered from view in the south, if the building envelope allows it. This is just a spontaneous idea that I would probably overturn dozens of times when drawing.
I just remembered, it is a slope plot... have you ever thought about doing split-level?
Or putting the open-plan room with technology and guest room in the basement while moving bedrooms and utility room to the ground floor?
Bungalows from the 60s/70s/80s often have basements as well as garages within the thermal envelope. I would get some inspiration there (photos and floor plans on real estate portals), otherwise, you usually place a convenient one in a slim house rather on the outer wall.

I spontaneously see it like Yvonne ... entrance to the east, then you can also still make some windows in the west.

And why not further into the property? And build some privacy screen towards the street.

Also an option, because with a slope of max. 2 m, as currently stated, your current terrace with a straight driveway would probably still be about 80 to 100 cm above ground level. Or does the property slope even further?

We have thought about split-level, according to our research we would pay much more.

The plot rises further.
The costs for earthworks are not exactly low, the deeper, the more expensive.

Do you mean integrating the garage into the basement? We would like to be able to go from the garage into the house.

The entrance is not on the east because I would like to drive the car into the garden (trailer, etc.). Due to the terrain, this is not possible on the other side.

The L-shaped terrace would face south (west side of the house).
