Is purchasing a house and complete renovation affordable?

Heating (heat pumps with underfloor heating) - 44,000 euros Plumbing for 2 bathrooms - 25,000 euros Roof - 45,000 euros Windows + front door - 33,000 euros So far, we are very satisfied with the offers. We are still gutting the interior. A fireplace still needs to be removed and the floor in the hallway on the ground floor still needs to be taken out.

Phew as actually written above. We took out the program 261 twice and another loan via ING for 221,000 euros. Heating approx. 45,000 Sanitary approx. 25,000 Roof approx. 45,000 Windows approx. 33,000 Facade is still outstanding Electricity approx. 20,000 with KNX These are the major items, of course there are also smaller items which also add up considerably
