Is purchasing a house and complete renovation affordable?

Although one must also assume that the vast majority of builders are families with children. And even if one can certainly manage with little... with 2 children I don't want a 5m² bathroom or a 15m² living room.

We have 2 children and that is not a problem at all. You don't always have to make a problem out of everything where there isn't one. The kitchen was important to me, it has 13 square meters. That fits. Friends live with almost 5 children in a small five-room apartment. That would be too extreme for me. But the four of us basically have a four-room, so everything fits.

How else should one understand it if you want to roof your roof with a roofer on 4 or 5 Saturdays? ;)

If it's already a fight for you that you are not agreed with unconditionally. Then so be it, yes.
