Is purchasing a house and complete renovation affordable?

Sanitary installations are largely completed. Boxes and slots for electrical work are almost finished as well. Here and there, another slot still needs to be milled. In the coming weeks, it will be time to pull cables.

Thanks for the tips. How exactly did you do the breakthroughs and steel beams? We just got the key and can get in. I will probably post some pictures soon and take my time to read up well here! I’m also looking forward to following your progress!

Have the structural engineer calculate it. He told me exactly which steel beams I needed. Then the ceiling was propped up and off we went.

The post is a bit old, but I still have a question for understanding:
480€ for 25 tons of "waste" seems quite cheap to me. I alone paid 240€ for 5 cubic meters of mineral construction waste.

It depends on where you live. Here with me, wood is disposed of via bulky waste. Pure construction rubble is free in usual quantities – whereby each trip with the trailer is considered a usual quantity (1-2 tons).
