At least partially. Entry-level sectional door without drive, but above all the mere 5 cm (4.8 cm) wall thickness! That's all very sparse, not to say "cheap". Especially with the wall thickness, there are limits (downwards). Keyword coverage (concrete/steel). It must be installed with "kid gloves". The low price has to show somehow.
Our previous garage was masonry, so we lack experience on what the wall thickness for a steel garage should be. For us, it's fine like this for now. Apparently, it can be easily screwed on (and thus also unscrewed) ... maybe we can sell it again later if necessary. :)
But if you quote a price, you should also calculate and state the parts that you have to provide yourself and that are indispensable for the garage or the garage’s functionalities ;).
We don’t have the price for the base slab/strip foundation/point foundation yet. But I’m happy to provide it later. If we only need a point foundation, maybe we’ll do it ourselves. The ground is already compacted. I once read something about "RuckZuck concrete" or something similar. I want to try that because the name sounds funny and I (once again) assume it all goes very easily and quickly with it. :) I didn’t understand the part about the functionalities.
