House construction: Prefabricated house or solid house? Experiences Price range

I find your post very good. However, regarding the outdoor facilities, I think it is possible to do it cheaper and still make it look nice.

- 15,000 € carport

Two days ago we signed for a plastered garage, 3m x 8m, height 2.60m, with green roof preparation and two (!) sectional doors (one each at the front and back). It will cost 10,500 euros. That’s why the 15,000 euros for the carport surprise me a bit. ;-)

The construction service description can be obtained either from helpful builders or from the house builder. However, house builders are extremely reluctant to provide construction service descriptions as long as they do not yet have a signature on the contract.

What would this house cost me now with
- Efficiency house 55 / air-water heat pump underfloor heating
- Controlled ventilation system
- Electric shutters
- Clinker bricks
- SmartHome
- Triple glazing
- Electrical installation
- Sanitary fittings
- Garage
- Garden
- Painting work

And any costs that are not yet known? Did I forget something? I would be interested in that.

I can’t say anything about the costs; as a previous speaker already mentioned, the range is too wide. The garage price for us is 10,500 euros plus point foundation, strip foundation, or slab.

What I can say, however, is that I see a lot of potential for savings in your list and other things should probably be included in the standard. ;-)

A carport for that much money… wow… I bought one for 1500€ just after wood prices started to rise. It’s 6mx5m. And it does its job. :)

Our wish is one like this (see picture). Also, professionally, I am already a fan of adjusting the calculation positively rather than negatively. So better to plan too much than too little.
