But that's where they only tell you your budget! They hold a consultation there and nothing else. … with your wishes… everything has already been said in the other posts, it's like being able to afford a solid Golf, but then wanting it equipped with all the extras and packages, including 10-layer metallic paint, as if that costs nothing ;)

You can drive Renault (Heinz von Heiden, Town & Country, …) and book this or that extra and still drive well and affordably, rather than with Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, … and end up buying expensively with similar equipment.

Half a million for “only” 120 sqm I find pretty crazy ….

you still haven't understood.. I just showed something using an example and wanted to know something about it, that's why there's uncertainty!
the city villa by heinz von heiden is said to cost 250k, then underneath it says!! Energy efficiency 50, wall-integrated electric aluminum shutters, triple glazing with thermal protection, controlled ventilation system, underfloor heating with individual room control !!
so, I assume that this price of 250k includes the foundation slab. AND NOW comes the point that interests me. the costs that will THEN come up for someone. the wishes I expressed, I don't know the price for those, of course you have to adjust that to your budget, totally clear.
if I understood correctly, I pay 250k for this house and the services listed.
the next question would be, what else comes on top? electricity? painter? tiler? garden? garage? all that I just listed. and that's exactly what it's about right now, questioning the costs, so you can even start thinking more seriously and not because I want everything at any cost.

you hear a lot, of course I have inquired there now to be able to calculate better. for example, today we were in a model park, there was a house. there was nothing inside, not even electric shutters. I then asked the gentleman what one should expect to pay and then he said 520,000 euros without land. that's why I'm a bit confused right now, this price for a house that wasn't even standard.

The foundation slab is included. (Which, by the way, still costs extra with many others, then it’s called the price starting from excluding the foundation slab. In that case, the house is placed on an existing foundation slab.

The price is then for the features you mentioned. An electrician is of course included, with a certain number of sockets, switches, light points, meter cabinet, satellite channel, and possibly also LAN in a certain quantity. Sockets/switches/light points that can be distributed as you like. Stove socket, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. If you need more, you arrange that with the electrician who will make you an offer for it. Painter is always extra. Unless it is explicitly mentioned that it is included or offered to you to be done for the price of xy.
Tiles are included with certain specifications. For example, guest toilet and main bathroom, maybe also a tile backsplash in the kitchen. At the selection meeting you can choose tiles that are included in the package. If you need more / for more rooms then it will be charged extra. Or, as I did, for a credit note I took out the tile trade and awarded it myself.
The garden is your thing. Consult a landscaping gardener, do it yourself, or place an order via MyHammer. The garage can be done by the general contractor or you can have it done externally.
Naming prices is nearly impossible because the range is too wide.

Message could no longer be edited.

Interior doors are standard as shown in the picture. Bathtub standard, the sink has been upgraded for €70 as already mentioned. Standard front door, different shapes for the glass insert can be chosen, like here in the middle, left or right. Or with squares. Standard glass in the door is transparent. I had chosen Satinato (milky) for the door and the side panel for about €200 extra.
