So 2Df KS will cost around €2500. The gate €2500. You can cast the ring beam yourself. 1 day, 5 helpers, and it works. Concrete is cheap, the pump is expensive. Plus mortar. So including structural analysis, a decent bricklayer, building permit, and lots of extra work, I come to AT LEAST €15k. More like €20k. However, that would be an absolutely top price for these dimensions.

€100/cbm is not exactly cheap. Compared to that, the stones are cheap.

Don't forget:
Minimum quantity surcharge, reducing the pump, etc...
Pump is needed longer than the included 15 minutes.
Pump needs to be cleaned.
In the end you're at 800-1000€.

I wrote without a pump. We also made the ring beam from the buddy with self-mixed concrete. It was a tiring day, but with motivated people, the statics(!), and the master mason no problem.

Anyone can mix and pour concrete. You don’t need a pump for that.

We mixed and poured the concrete for the ring beam of the house and garage ourselves (among other things). It is well remembered by me because it was a lot of fun.
