What a nonsense statement. On the one hand, the risk of a strong tornado is extremely low, even if the danger should increase. On the other hand, solid constructions have already been destroyed in Germany as well, with walls completely torn down. If you wanted to minimize the risk, you would have to build entirely out of reinforced concrete, basically a bunker. Then also without the nice modern large windows, without a finished attic. Instead with a basement. What a modern wall made of aerated bricks or aerated concrete can withstand when a car flies against it... After all, the main component of both stones is air...

We have done several site visits with homeowners from Town & Country and found them great. For some reason, I really don’t remember why, they disappeared from our radar. Town & Country was our favorite for a long time. I assume you will find what you’re looking for with them.

I wish you good success and hope you will keep us updated, preferably also with details.

I learned from the city today that the property is assessed according to § 35 paragraph 6 of the Building Code because there is an [Außenbereichssatzung Nr.2] there. Am I stupid or why can't I find this paragraph in the BG?

So if it's developed and you adapt to the surroundings, are you allowed to build there or what?
