yes, as I said, we weren’t that far yet. I met the owner today and looked at everything again and expressed my interest and now these questions are still on my mind that hold me back.. but you are right

The notary is not just a stamp clerk (even if many purchases strictly speaking are nothing more than stamping) but your advisor. And get used to having to research everything afterwards. It doesn’t get any better with house construction. There you also have to make a series of decisions where the devil is in the details.

The broker sells nothing! He only mediates. He doesn't have to know anything either. If he is average, he can only reproduce what he knows from the seller.

What is supposed to smell? Tell me your thoughts.
