Build the garage immediately or later - experiences?

We have decided to build the garage at the same time. Solid (Poroton). 9m long, 4.5m wide or 6m wide at the back (shed); so an L-shape. With access to the house (utility room). It should cost 31,000€ (including everything). Proud price, but I am afraid I will regret not having done it in 5 years.

I want a proper brick garage with access to the house and [hüh und hot], it should be done at the same time. You can also set up a prefabricated garage in one piece 2 years later.

We are currently also in the planning phase. Ideas and suggestions come up, such as removing the garage first. However, we are very critical about this. For us, it is all in one go. Especially since our double garage is connected to the residential building and excavation/structural/plaster workers, scaffolders,... have to come anyway.

Anyone planning a direct access from the garage to the house should definitely have the garage built directly. Just imagine the unnecessary extra effort that arises in such a constellation with subsequent construction.

There should be no separate access to the house from the garage. We also think it makes more sense to have it done at the same time. We just wanted to hear other opinions because sometimes you simply don't think of certain things or others with experience can help. You are right :P
