No idea, I haven't read it through :)so if it is developed and you adapt to the surroundings, are you allowed to build there or what?

After 35? I had the impression that you are allowed to build if you have an agricultural business or something similar, e.g. a dog breeding operation would also be possible. Just read up on the 35er. But I would say that the property is probably so cheap for that reason ;) … Edit: didn’t you write that it is located in the city?so if it is developed and you adapt to the surroundings, you are allowed to build there, right?
I've just read into it: Your municipality must have a statute that specifies what you are allowed to build there.so if it is developed and you adapt to the surroundings, are you allowed to build there or what?

Show a Google map picture. Are you sure that these are detached single-family houses? We once had a thread here where a woman wanted to buy a property… I think it was in a 35 zone. You can search here. There was also the tip about dog breeding. 34 would be the adaptation to the surrounding buildings.above all, it is a settlement on the mountain.
