No one can or wants to take away the view from you. However, by planning this projection, you are creating a bottleneck for the view. Installing a large window in the south and designing the open plan accordingly does not mean that you place the sofa in front of it… the sun and the light naturally come from there - regardless of whether there is a neighbor or not.

The construction company simply has no standard models but only builds individually.

Even with a won jackpot, I would be too stingy to invest the money in a house that is too big. Go to an architect, and absolutely only with the requirements and by no means with teasers of your own oversized planning.

Is the pool included in the budget of 800k? If yes, it definitely won't work unless you build directly on the Polish border. The house looks good visually but basically the layout would probably manage with 40m2 less.
