I actually quite like it. A separate toilet for the children apart from the bathroom was the first thing I noticed, but that has already been mentioned. The second thing was the distance from the sofa to the TV. That’s still about 3 meters, right? Could the stove not be moved further to the right along the wall, aligned with the left stair wall? Then unfortunately the door to the living room would have to be narrower :-(

With 240m2, I cannot understand a living room of 19m2. Without knowing the surroundings (development), I cannot say anything about it.

I agree with the kitchen/pantry, but not having a basement.

Thank you very much! Yes, the distance is about 3m from the seating position to the wall. Moving the partition wall could work well, at least half a meter should be possible in there.

Well.... delicate. How quietly do you "sleep"? Common are electricity, water, heating, water storage. Some also have central ventilation systems and smart home systems. Presumably there are more gadgets. The crucial thing is that you can't just squeeze everything into a corner. The items have to be placed and installed so that they are easily accessible and minimum distances are maintained. The supply and discharge connections also have to fit somewhere. It will work, but it might be a bit tight. Best to draw everything in and see if the door still opens then. ;)

Thank you very much, that's true. As just commented, we will try to move the partition wall a bit. However, the living room is intended purely for TV in the evening and is therefore rather limited to the necessary size. Buildings: There is only another single-family house behind the garage at a distance, otherwise nothing in the radius of 50m.
