Thank you very much for the feedback, a few percent are always subjective anyway...

1: that's true, possibly better as suggested by ypg. But I'm still considering maybe adding half a meter of width in general to have more space, especially in the bathrooms 2: we actually like the solid roof best, but we are still looking at other options (bioclimatic pergola). It will almost certainly not be glass because glass roofs are usually always dirty. Currently we have pollen, Sahara dust, etc. all the time. 3: will still be planned in detail, but we possibly also like the idea with a normal door

Thank you very much, yes that looks good, especially for the children's bathroom. As mentioned earlier, everything might need to be half a meter wider so the bathrooms can be planned well.

Or like this: windows in the corner, where they are also on the opposite side. It makes a great large shower and toilets don’t always have to be hidden. This is new fashion and certainly not wrong in a wellness bathroom. By the way, I don’t think 7.8 sqm is little for a shower bathroom. The idea in the master bathroom from is great, I would do it like that. Then it really is big enough, I think.

Hello, after a long time I would like to share the current status with you. We took the time "pressure" out of the planning during the summer in order to also wait for developments in the construction sector. It now at least seems that you can speak on an equal footing with the executing companies again and are not just supplicants. Therefore, we finally want to complete the planning now.

We have changed some things in the meantime and especially reduced the area. Since there have always been very constructive suggestions here in the forum, I would appreciate feedback on the current plan.

Specifically, the following things still concern us:
- Dining table with corner bench against the wall (instead of freestanding) in combination with the stove, but we can't come up with a good idea here
- In general the position of the stove/fireplace - it still stands somewhat unfavorably in a children's room on the 1st floor

Thank you very much in advance for your feedback!

I find the door situation in the bedroom wing with the [Elternbad] impractical. It can happen that you want to get into bed and run into the bathroom door... I don't have a solution yet either...

I have probably already marked the castle walls with a question mark, and I also consider my views on the topic "old bedroom" to be known. The pantry, fitness room, and utility room seem to me like "floor plan remnants into which room labels have been written," and overall I see more of a patch than a relaunch here, so a more or less desperate circling around the original draft :-(
