No, I was mistaken there, the pantry is of course my pantry behind the kitchen... this fireplace is the room divider between the living room and the dining room

But it really must be purely decorative, because otherwise a chimney would be above the dressing room-bathroom door

Nothing will come from me on this. Aldi because, to be honest, everything would only be a botched improvement. You should go to a professional, since you yourself don’t exactly have the knack for designing and planning a house. Some have it, some don’t. And you surely don’t want to spend €500,000 on a house amateurishly planned by you?!
I am happy to adjust a professionally planned house design.
But I also like to point out the mentioned mistake of planning laymen, which I mention at the very bottom in a pinned thread:
https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/leitfaden-zur-hausplanung-auf-dem-Grundstück.30891/

As I said: your thoughts belong in professional hands.

And then a few more things that specifically raise questions and therefore cannot become useful food for thought.

What does slight mean?

? Building window?
Maybe you should also mention plot dimensions sometime?

Then why a child’s room if no child is specified in the requirements?

As already said: you can’t tell.
Still, I think the question remained open (I won’t open a window for the house now): why this house, why is this house being changed?
What do you want from it, what not?
You don’t even know what you, what you all want.

Overall please don’t be offended by this answer, it is only meant to help!

Reducing Wuppertal does not work. What do you like about Wuppertal (not about your reduction, but about the original)? Please take a look at the model house Victoria from Rensch-Haus. It is about your size. The one children's room could be open and serve as a gallery, reading corner. What do you not like about the floor plan, house, views?

I have now slightly revised the floor plan with an architect. I think we have clearly improved it. What is your opinion on it now?

Even read as a "shaking rhyme" ("significantly revised" and "slightly improved"), I cannot wholeheartedly agree. If you are specifically aiming for supposedly "constructive" criticism, then I can say: "move the wall between the garage and the workshop" – if you are interested in my opinion, it sounds different: if you want to build a house with the main or at least predominantly important purpose to indulge your own envy, then build it exactly like that; if, on the other hand, you want to build a beautiful house, then plan anew. If you really know an architect, then don’t fine-tune your plans to the third decimal place with them, but talk about a real relaunch. The house shown here is not for a happy builder, but for the hoarder from the savings bank advertisement.
