What do you mean? You are quite stuck, especially when looking at the draft from spring. If you want a corner bench, the entire design would have to be different, at least many things would need to be changed. You are not open to that. You have committed to the spaces for the bathrooms, and no other room will be significantly altered. The worst is the location of the staircase: instead of being centrally located so that the rooms and floors can be well connected, it is outsourced, so that upstairs the rooms are only accessed with negative aspects.
When I look at the chimney situation and the entrance area of the office, I wonder why these are not aligned, and why the chimney isn’t hidden in the office. I mentioned it, but you really don’t respond.

Regarding stove/chimney, I understand that positioning is difficult without an exact plan, so please ignore that. I meant an idea of how to fit both (corner bench and stove), of course not directly combined. But so that the stove is still retained as a room divider. Regarding your feedback: Sorry that I didn’t respond more thoroughly, all points are good and I will discuss them!

Yes, I think I have to step back a bit and apologize. We are simply still very satisfied with the design and ideally want to optimize it, not question everything. I will pass on the input about the widening; I am not exactly sure what you mean about the location of the staircase. If I move the staircase, I would have to start over. What do you mean by "the rooms are accessed only with negative aspects"? Regarding chimney/office: I hope that will be easier to solve if we become a bit wider/longer.

Optimization only works if you change something. And you are not willing to do that. And this is not an accusation, but a statement of fact. It would be nice if you saw that too. Because this is exactly how the path of change begins.

That of course can also be the case, in any event thank you very much for your input!

Nonsense. You only have one child at the moment anyway, and the chimney makes the second children’s room a ridiculous 0.06 sqm smaller than the first. Child 1 initially lives in the room next to the parents and will move to the other children’s room (cool, less close to the parents) or even to the fitness room (even cooler, plus 0.11 sqm and even with corner edges) when they become a teenager. You’re adding a gigantic risalit to the street side of the house, and then you seriously “bother” about the tiny chimney between the bed and the door in the second children’s room … ohohohohoho, ouchouchouchouch …
