I really don't like the exterior view at the house entrance at all. There is only one large, asymmetrically placed window in the recess with the staircase and the two bathrooms. Don't you think that the two bathrooms also become too dark? Sure, you might not want a large window from the bathroom facing the street, but I would rather accommodate the main entrance and staircase in the recess. Above the entrance you could then leave an open space and everything would immediately look very spacious, which it should with >200m2.
Otherwise, the ground floor has made great progress regarding the kitchen, living room, and pantry, but it becomes too dark because of the roof. So make sure to have enough holes for LED spots installed in the ceiling right away....
Thank you very much for your feedback! We are still considering the window in the staircase, possibly 2 smaller staggered windows or also possibly 2 horizontal windows—but it will always be asymmetrical. If we take the bathrooms out of the recess, the floor plan no longer works. We will consider windows for the 2 bathrooms facing forward. The >200 sqm is only still in the title, currently it is <200 sqm.
