What would be a better wall structure from your point of view? We will reduce the garage/storage room to 30 cm. An architectural plan can never be completely unburdened anyway, personal preferences are just how they are. And we have a view to the southwest and want the terrace generously covered (possibly with photovoltaics on top). We also already have another architectural plan, more area but still less usable space. That just doesn't suit us either... It’s not a complete self-planning either, never was.

Well, it doesn't have to be fully accessible, but a bedroom with a raw construction dimension of 311 cm and perhaps 180 cm mattress width means that there is just about 50 cm of space on either side of the bed. It already gets tight when changing the bedsheets.

Google here "11ant Steinemantra" :) and free yourself from the association "thick jacket keeps warm". By an unbiased architectural plan I mean going to a (free, transparently self-paid!) architect without a thick specification sheet, just with a room list. A copier won’t get you any further. By the "other architectural plan" you probably mean an alternative draft from the draftsman of another contractor (?) And yet: a copy by a professional draftsman is still “self-planning.” Free, transparently self-paid architects are not more expensive, by the way!

I think it's okay. A few minor things: the bathroom door needs to be reversed. The toilet and the closet should swap places. In the children's bathroom, the toilet moves to the other side and the door is pushed to the other wall + reversed. Unfortunately, this is not possible downstairs, but I still wouldn't have the door open outward. The children's room next to the bedroom swaps with the fitness room. The dressing room is 20 cm narrower in favor of the bedroom, and the window is reduced to the size of the one in the children's bathroom. The terrace roof will make the kitchen dark. I am still in favor of glass. A bit more depth would do the rooms on the upper floor good. Sloping walls are a sign of a makeshift solution - shameful for about 240sqm.

Can you please send me the link directly, I only find lots of mentions of the post but not the post itself. It is clear that thickness is not everything here, none of the ETICS variants are particularly appealing to us.

Thank you very much for your feedback! It's "only" just under 200sqm each, but of course, slanted is not optimal.
