Oh, no. If everyone on the street has a third gable, you'd basically be naked without one.

Ah yes. Although somewhat awkward regarding the dimensions of the stairs / doorways etc., the builder's intention is recognizable. Here you can see a door next to the gate, probably so you don't have to raise the gate immediately just to slip through?; and no bay window yet for the third gable. Should the "utility room extension" represent the cellar replacement room (storage room)?

Yes, definitely a door should be installed in the garage. The gable only came up during the course of the discussions. We had rotated the house by 45 degrees again. The entrance is therefore facing the street. The appearance was meant to be improved a bit. The extension of the utility room was intended to create space on the ground floor. We already knew that there would be problems with space down there. here is still the upper floor.

How did that come about, and who broke the gable?

That makes us even more excited about the property.

By rotating it?

But you are aware that, in relation to the staircase, doors, and windows, you have designed 130 sqm large children's rooms?

That should make you think about whether you can match the performance of a trained architect, who already eliminates most errors in a sketch.

Your design is not one to hold on to right now. Start over, and your ideas in words can be better implemented immediately by a professional.

Otherwise, it won’t work. You are now getting stuck on an ill-considered drawing.

If you plan the doors right away, you will also get more usable space.
