well, it's slowly getting uncool... if I as the OP felt like it, I would probably start a new thread (then with all the necessary information)... I print out, for example, some emails from customers so I can tick off what I have completed, mark what is still missing, etc. - and the boss can check it at a glance. Because I don't see him every day.
