Should be about 20m wide at the front, what do you think?
With this location, I would definitely orient the bay window towards the garden. Nobody really cares about the stairs in the north. But the children's rooms or dressing room in the southwest, there I would allow myself some extra height.

I admit, in this rather messy forum, I don't feel like scrolling back now to find the appropriate floor plan etc. ... it would make sense, after 19 pages, to put all the information into ONE post.
