Here is an example with a similar position of the rooms and gables to the garden.
(I had to allow 15cm depth for the staircase over 9.15m.)
I think a door to the utility room is nonsense, but I have drawn it in due to customer request.
Many wishes in a small area. I find the living room cramped, which was also a problem in the original draft, as the table doesn’t have enough space there.
Maybe move the office upstairs and at least open the kitchen into the dining room. Switching to the south side would also allow for a pantry. However, the access to the utility room would be lost.
One can’t shake the feeling that with 11x9 in landscape format, you don’t really get happy here. Turning the house sounds tempting at first, but then you lose the wide front facing the garden. On the other hand, with the conservative separation of the kitchen, there is no sense of spaciousness anyway.
Maybe someone has another idea...
