You have windows on the eaves sides on the upper floor, how is that supposed to work with a 50cm knee wall? – aside from that, an upper floor with a 50cm knee wall would also exceed the full storey limit. It would be best if you revealed exactly under which conditions you received an exemption, i.e., what your conditions are after the exemption. So far, you have only replied, (whatever that is supposed to mean, that an architect would have approved something).

Why does the huge living room absolutely have to face the garden side? One much more often has the need to go from the kitchen to the garden ... in summer for grilling ... or the situation where the children are playing in the garden and just want to quickly get something to drink or so ... then the kitchen facing the garden is much more practical.

The living room doesn’t need floor-to-ceiling windows facing the street, those can be on the garden side in the dining/cooking area. And the living room ... when do you use it? And for what?

And if carport etc. aren’t really favored anyway, then maybe reconsider whether you really put the parking spaces in front of the house and rather plan a narrower bicycle garage/garden tool shed on the side, which still allows passage to the garden and the side entrance.

You could also partly outsource the technology to the upper floor to make the ground floor area fully usable.

Here is another idea with a front entrance... tried quite a bit, but failed in the upper floor. One could try again the approach from and start a design from top to bottom. However, that is very difficult to realize with homebyme. For example, I tried to place the children's rooms in the west on the upper floor and unfortunately failed (in the short time).

The ground floor is perfect. I would take it as is. Only the upper floor... hmm I don’t know... I think too much space was used up for the hallway. And I still have an attic that should later serve as a parents' area with an existing budget + another child. Maybe the bedroom on the upper floor should be a bit smaller after all? I’ll try to work my way into it. But many, many thanks for your effort. The ground floor is a dream. Do you maybe have a drawing with the measurements? And how would it be if you don’t set the house price back but leave it flush with the house? Would I gain space because of that?

Definitely not, because everything is only meant and can serve as a sketch.
Here again a more family-friendly version... planned from top to bottom:

Yes, it kind of feels like a labyrinth... however, an open hallway with a window reduces the claustrophobia. I would rather forgo one square meter in a room and instead ease the general oppression when going upstairs. Otherwise, it also has a lot in common with a showroom: down below Pinterest for the guests, and upstairs it's a shoebox to choke in.
