The bedroom will i

The bedroom will eventually also be a children's room, so I find it nicer if it has a dressing area. Because it doesn't matter whether the bedroom or the children's room gets the side window. All rooms get roof windows.

That is not at all irrelevant. You are concerned that your showroom on the ground floor will also be bright enough, but you forget that a child's room is a child's privacy and retreat space, including crafting, homework, etc. A child also wants to see more in their room than a prison inmate from his cell. Double-leaf windows are emergency solutions, not a real alternative for living spaces.

How can one always overlook that the bedroom also becomes a concentration camp?! It's only a question of money whether it takes 1-2 or 3-4 years. Currently, we only have kindergarten children. I hope! that the big room will become available quickly.
And downstairs there is no showroom! Just because I can no longer plan more windows upstairs does not mean that I neglect the concentration camp.

So the third child is supposed to be fixed. Then definitely have the other issue of the room and permitted ridge height checked. Otherwise, the parents’/bathroom on the 2nd attic floor won’t work. Above all, this must be planned from the outset because of the stairs, etc., otherwise it definitely won’t work.

EDIT: What is supposed to become of the dressing area of the now planned parents’ bedroom?

In the upper floor and attic, only 2.30 m ceiling height is planned?

I painted something this morning. Just an idea without any claim to completeness, exact measurements, and unfortunately I don’t know if the skylights work like that on the upper floor. The program is quite old and has many weaknesses.
