I think the problem here is: you have 100 sqm and don’t use them. Instead, you pretend it’s a standard ground floor of a semi-detached house and squeeze stairs, heating system, and WC somewhere… as space-saving as you know from DH (or RH). The 100 sqm also want to be used. Currently, a lot is just slapped together and unzoned. The TV area with its 6.50 is far too wide. You can, for example, easily split the 6.50 into 2 and 4 meters. In the west: 2 meters for technology, 4 meters for the living room. For example, as said. Just because you have 100 sqm available doesn’t mean Tetris is easy. Upstairs, on the contrary, it gets rather cozy; a dressing room, for example, doesn’t work. Also here, especially here, I recommend turning off the PC and continuing to draw by hand on graph paper, so that you get a sense of what 16 meters or 3 in front of the door/house/window mean.
