To be honest, I still don't know what is front/back/top and where south/north etc. is. Put a plan on the property with cardinal directions, neighbors, and streets...

The south side is basically the neighbor's? Shared wall!? He has full sun!?o_O

I think the problem here is: you have 100 sqm and don’t use them. Instead, you pretend it’s a standard ground floor of a semi-detached house and squeeze stairs, heating system, and WC somewhere… as space-saving as you know from DH (or RH). The 100 sqm also want to be used. Currently, a lot is just slapped together and unzoned. The TV area with its 6.50 is far too wide. You can, for example, easily split the 6.50 into 2 and 4 meters. In the west: 2 meters for technology, 4 meters for the living room. For example, as said. Just because you have 100 sqm available doesn’t mean Tetris is easy. Upstairs, on the contrary, it gets rather cozy; a dressing room, for example, doesn’t work. Also here, especially here, I recommend turning off the PC and continuing to draw by hand on graph paper, so that you get a sense of what 16 meters or 3 in front of the door/house/window mean.

The sun is known to come from above, the wall will not be more than 10 m high. You had mentioned at the beginning that you want to place many windows. I can only agree. That’s why also access on the north side and windows on the west. If you put entrance/toilet/technology there otherwise, it remains dark. Are the 7x16 fixed?

yes, the 7x16 are fixed.. I once tried to plan with a side entrance (further up) but I don’t like it because I would like to keep it very open
