I would try to get the children's rooms, which might become a bit narrow, but they should actually be able to be well zoned, on the left side of the plan, the south side. Then each children's room can have a proper south-facing window and possibly a skylight. Between the two children's rooms, a small utility room. The rest then depends on the staircase location, etc. Mentally, though, the bathroom rather at the bottom of the plan, in the west, and the master bedroom at the top of the plan, in the east. Unfortunately, I don't currently have an active program to draw this, and I'm not very good with a pencil.
The dimensions are not very expressive:
So, what are the data now ... what ridge height is allowed?
2.50 clear ceiling height corresponds to about 2.85 floor height = *3 already 8.55 m ... But the portion of the attic above DG2 looks higher than 0.65.
