A really great one who can approve things himself. I want to have one like that too!

I would try to get the children's rooms, which might become a bit narrow, but they should actually be able to be well zoned, on the left side of the plan, the south side. Then each children's room can have a proper south-facing window and possibly a skylight. Between the two children's rooms, a small utility room. The rest then depends on the staircase location, etc. Mentally, though, the bathroom rather at the bottom of the plan, in the west, and the master bedroom at the top of the plan, in the east. Unfortunately, I don't currently have an active program to draw this, and I'm not very good with a pencil.

The dimensions are not very expressive:

So, what are the data now ... what ridge height is allowed?

2.50 clear ceiling height corresponds to about 2.85 floor height = *3 already 8.55 m ... But the portion of the attic above DG2 looks higher than 0.65.

I wouldn’t put it quite like that now. Except for the fact that the OP can’t draw a knee wall with his program and his windows only represent the position of the double casement windows, it’s more or less okay. There won’t be any south-facing windows in this semi-detached house.

Oh damn ... I had the north arrow from Goalkeepers Plan in mind ... still, I would do it that way, because after all, north-facing windows that are there bring more light than north-facing windows that are not there. With the idea, there would still be one east and one west roof window ;)
